Husband's Delight

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• minced garlic to taste
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 T sugar
• pepper to taste
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 16 oz can tomatoes
• l large can mushrooms
• 5 green onions
• 8 oz fine noodles
• shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, tomato sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onions. Cook noodles and drain. Place 3/4 cooked noodles in flat baking dish. top with Meat. Spread sour cream mixture over meat. Top with remaining noodles. Cover with grated sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 until bubbling hot.
