Ingredients
- 6 Large hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- Dash cayenne
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs and slice each egg in half.
2. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place in a bowl. Mash.
3. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika
4. Mix well.
5. Pile into the cavities of egg whites.
6. Garnish with paprika
