Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
3 T. cornstarch
1 (3-oz) pkg. strawberry sugar free gelatin
1 qt. strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, put your 1 1/2 c. water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Add the box of sugar free gelatin. Cool. Add 1 quart strawberries that have been sweetened to taste with Equal sugar substitute or Sweet 'N Low. Put in baked pie shell and refrigerate.
