Ingredients
- 2-3 # Lean Center Cut Corned Beef Brisket (Use Spices with Package)
- 6 Cloves Garlic Whole
- 1 Yellow Onion Quarted
- 2 T Rice Vinegar
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 -3/4 # New Potatoes Washed & Halved
- 3 Large Carrots Peeled, Halved & About 3" Long
- 1 Medium Head Cabbage Quarted

Preparation
Step 1
Large Crockpot, Add First 6 Ingredients, Beef Fat Side Down. Cover With Water Plus 2"-3".
Cook 5-6 Hours on HIGH, Add 2 Remaining Ingredients & Cook on HIGH 2-3 Hours Until Potatoes & Carrots are Tender.
Serve Hot with Corn Bread.
