Ingredients
- Crunch:
- 3 1/2 cups Crushed corn flakes
- 7 oz. Baking chocolate
- 2/3 cup Peanut butter
- Ice Cream:
- 6 Egg whites
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 pkgs Vanilla sugar
- 20 oz Frozen whip

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter. Crush cornflakes.
2. Mix cornflakes and melted chocolate and freeze for 20 minutes, remove and break up again, and freeze for another 20 minutes.
3. Beat egg whites on high-speed till stiff. Gradually add sugars while mixing gently.
4. Beat cream on high till stiff.
5. Combine with egg-whites and mix manually.
6. Remove crunch from freezer, break up, and fold into ice cream.
7. Freeze, scoop, and serve!
