Chicken Taco Soup {Slow Cooker} 1 Picture


  • 1 yellow onion, finely diced
  • 3 boneless, skineless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz pinto beans, drained
  • 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 28 oz tomato sauce
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes, do not drain
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning
  • 7 oz diced green chilies
  • 2 pkgs dry ranch dressing mix
  • 4 cups water

Step 1

1. Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients. Stir to mix seasonings. Cook on low 4-5 hours.

2. Remove chicken and shred. Return it to the slow cooker and heat through. Serve with taco toppings.
