  • 2-sticks butter, softened
  • 1-8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2-cups sugar
  • 4 -eggs
  • 1-1/2-tsp. vanilla
  • 1-3/4-cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 - tsp. baking powder



Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter & flour 12-cup Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine butter & cream cheese; beat until creamy. Add sugar; beat 5- minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.Add flour & baking powder; mix well.
Pour into buttered and floured pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool upright in pan for 25- minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
