Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 1/2 c. rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- Pinch salt
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 2 T. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the rhubarb in small pieces. Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie crust. Mix topping well and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in meddle of pie comes clean.
