MEGA Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Stick Butter
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Cup White Sugar
• 1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
• 3 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 4 1/2 Cups 1-Minute Oatmeal
• 1 T. Corn Syrup
• 9 oz. Chocolate Chips
• 7 oz. M & M's

Preparation

Step 1

Get a large bowl or mixer and cream Butter, both sugars and peanut butter together. Then cream in the eggs and vanilla. Add the Baking Powder and Oatmeal and stir. Then add the Chocolate Chips, stir, and M & M's and stir. Take out large roundfuls (1/3 cup) and press into the shape of a large cookie (shape of a large hamburger). I fit 6 large cookies on a jellyroll pan. Then bake for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
