Ingredients
- 3 to 5 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. syrup (white or dark)
- 1 c. pecans, broken
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks and add sugar, salt, oleo, syrup, pecans and vanilla. Pour into unbake 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until crust is brown. Do not overbake.
