- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slighly beaten
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 8 or 9-inchpie shell

Step 1
Blend syrup and pudding mix in bowl; gradually add milk and egg until blended. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until pie is set.
