Ingredients

4 Ripe Avocados
1/2 C Tomato, chopped
1/4 C Red Onion, minced
2 T Sour Cream
2 T Lime Juice
1 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped
3/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Remove peel and pit from avocados. Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with additional tomato and onion, if desired.
