Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-oz) ctn. Cool Whip
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (4 1/2-oz) pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8-oz) ctn. Cool Whip
  • Ground pecans

Preparation

Step 1

First layer: Blend flour, pecans and butter; press in bottom of 8 x 12-inch Pyrex pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
Second layer: Cream together sugar, softened Cool Whip and softened cream cheese. Spread over cooled first layer.
Third layer: Mix instant pudding and milk and spread over second layer.
Fourth layer: Soften Cool Whip and spread over third layer. Sprinkle with ground pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
