Ingredients
- 1 Dozen Eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon, spicy brown or yellow mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper or 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- sail and freshly ground black pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs in cold water when water comes to boiling point reduce to simmer and cook 10 minutes
Slice the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks, transferring them to a bowl
Crumble the yolks with afford and then add 1/4 cu of mayonnaise and the remaining ingredients
Combine well - if you want creamer mixture add more mayonnaise, 1 tlbs at a time
Transfer 1 tsp of mixture into halved whites.
Sprinkle with a little paprika and garnish with any number of flavors - bacon bits, herbs.
