Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 4 T. butter, melted
- 3 T. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except pie shell; pour into shell. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees until set. Sometimes I use 1 1/2 recipes of this filling, bake longer and fill a deeper pie crust.
