Ingredients
- Apples
- 1 T. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. plain cream
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 T. butter

Step 1
This is for a 1-cruster. Peel apples and slice them lengthwise. Place in unbaked pie crust, lapping over each other. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon with 1 cup sugar over the apples. Add 1/2 cup plain cream to 2 well beaten eggs and spread carefully on top of pie. Cut 1 tablespoon butter into small squares and distribute ver the top. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
