Ingredients
- 6 T dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions,
- 1/3 cup green peppers, finely chopped
- 1 small clove minced garlic3/4
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 T parm cheese-divided
- 1 16oz can tomato sauce
- 3/4 t itl seasoning
- Hot cooked spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Crumble beef and sprinkle 1T parm cheese over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2 patties. In a large skillet cook 2 patties until browned. Combine the tomato sauce and itl seasoning and pour over the patties. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover then simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pine. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve patties and sauce over spaghetti.
