Banana Bread with Toasted Walnuts
By Hklbrries
It's hard to imagine banana bread without nuts. This lower-fat version has a small amount of walnuts, toasted to enhance their flavor, and fiber-rich whole-wheat flour.
Quick Tip: Out of buttermilk? Use nonfat plain yogurt. Out of yogurt? Use 1/3 cup 2% reduced-fat milk with 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice.
