Brandied Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 lb. button mushrooms
- 1 stick butter
- Salt
- 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Brandy or Cognac

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice mushrooms and saute over medium-high heat in butter.
2. Season with salt.
3. When the mushrooms are tender, add the Worchestershire sauce and stir. Add the brandy and wait until the sauce reduces and thickens.
4. Serve immediately.
