Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 c. Minute Rice
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 lb. jar mushrooms
- 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion, meat and Minute Rice. Drain fat if needed. Add hot water, mushrooms tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 8 minutes. Grated cheese can be added on each serving.
