Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. grated fresh Parmesan
- 4 T. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. linguine
- Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, cheese, parsley and pepper in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Saute bacon until crisp and onions until clear. Cook linguine al dente. Warm a large serving bowl. Lift linguine from pan with 2 forks and toss in egg misture. add bacon and onions. Transfer to warm serving bowl.
