  • 1 finger-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Teriyaki, soy sauce, or Bragg's aminos to taste
  • 16 oz. chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 bag frozen stir-fry mix
  • Shrimp or chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Grate ginger
Chop garlic
Place soup stock and rice into stovetop pot
Add sauce to taste
Bring to boil, then simmer slowly until rice absorbs stock
Add stir-fry mix and simmer on low until crisp yet hot

Add shrimp or chicken to kick up the protein.
