Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts or 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 T. butter
- 1 c. crushed Corn Chex
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. ripe olives
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 T. almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breast in microwave; cut into pieces. Microwave butter and add Chex. Toss to coat and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Combine chicken and remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle Chex mixture over top and cook for 2 minutes.
