Ingredients
- 10 to 12 pieces raw chicken
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick baking spray. Mix rice, soups, water, curry and parsley in pan. Put chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle soup mix over all. Cover tightly. Bake for 2 hours.
