Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or canned, diced
- 1 (9-oz.) can
- (1 c.) pineapple tidbits
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. celery diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 baked (8-inch) deep pastry shell
- 3 T. grated sharp American cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken, pineapple, nuts and celery. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in small bowl. Add 2/3 to chicken mixture; mix well. Fill cheese pastry shell. Top with remaining sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with greated cheese. Chill. Trim with sliced ripe olives.
Cheese Pastry: Add 1/3 cup grated cheese to flour mixture in plain pastry using 1 1/2 cups flour.
