Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cut lg.
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. diced celery
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. buttered cornflake crumbs (made from 6 c. cornflakes)
- 1 T. dried onion flakes
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, hard-cooked
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Step 1
Mix together chicken, chicken soup, mayonnaise, celery, rice, onion flakes, lemon juice, salt and eggs and put into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with nuts and cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
