Ingredients

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tea. ginger
  • 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tea. Liquid Smoke
  • 4 lb. pork baby back ribs

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs.

Cut ribs into individual pieces, dip each into sauce. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker; top with remaining sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 4-05 hours or until meat is tender.
