- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Garnish: grated Parmesan and minced chives

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add garlic and cook over low heat until garlic has softened. Stir in the lemon juice, rice vinegar, cream and sour cream. Turn up the heat to medium-high and cook until the sauce begins to thicken. Finish with salt to taste. Garnish with the Parmesan and minced chives.
