Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2 1/4 cups of sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites really very stiff
Add 2 cups sugar gradually and continue beating
Sift remaining sugar with baking powder and fold in
Drop teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet (lined with tin foil)
Bake in oven at 225 degrees for at least 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave meringues in oven over night or just drying in oven for 8 hours - it makes a difference
double recipe for pyramid- make each batch separately
