Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 clove garlic (opt)
- 1 T. minced parsley
- 1 T. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 (6-oz.) cans tomato paste
- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- 3 c. lg. curd cottage cheee
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T. parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 lb. mozzarella
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Add garlic, 1 tablespoon parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook noodles; drain.
Rinse in cold water. Put 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 2 tablespoons parsley, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Spread 1/2 cottage cheese mix and 1/2 mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 375. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to set. Cut into squares.
