Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Step 1
Combine all ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Top with Chinese or chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
