- 2 ounces iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced, about 1 1/2 ounces
- 1 tsp green onion, sliced--Delete
- 1 oz cheese,shredded
- 1 piece bacon, cooked
- 2 T ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
