VINAIGRETTE****Low Fat Greek Vinaigrette

14/03/16 - VG. Had with Greek Chicken Salad in a Jar. It seems too runny but it's very flavourful and dresses the salad well.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram (optional - didn't have)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 ⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ⁄4 cup fat-free chicken broth (use the stock, if available)
