Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 (2-oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 c. mozzarella or cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 T. Parmesan cheese
  • Onion (as desired)

Step 1

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, onion and garlic salt together. Pat evenly into a (9-inch) pie pan. Spread catsup on top and arrange mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella to cover. (Add oregano or Italian seasoning as desired.) Lastly add Parmesan. Bake in hot oven at 425 for 25 minutes or until cheese is browned. Serve with French bread tossed salad.
