Quick and Easy Crustless Quiche

Great for breakfast or dinner and the leftovers make an excellent picnic lunch addition.
I have fun playing around with different vegetables, seasoning and cheeses as well as using a premade crust too!

Ingredients
- 1 cup pre-cooked frozen vegetables
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- goat cheese crumbled
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of nutmeg
- salt free seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
In an 8 inch pie plate, add the pre-cooked vegetables.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, goat cheese, salt, nutmeg and seasoning pour on top of the veggies.
Cook in a pre-heated 375F oven for 30 minutes.
