Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Chicken Wing Sections
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Worstershire Sauce
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 6 ounces water or a combination of water and Frank's

Step 1

Instructions Sauce
Mix together Frank'sFrank's RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce, butter, Worstershire, Brown sugar and salt and microwave for 15 seconds, or until butter is melted.
Wings
Pour water into the Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
Place trivet in bottom of cooking pot.
Brush wings with a little sauce and place on trivet in cooking pot.
Lock on lid and close Pressure Valve.
Cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
When Beep sounds, allow a 10 minute natural release and then a quick release.
Place oven rack in center of oven and turn oven on to Broil.
Carefully remove wings from Pressure Cooker cooking pot and place on cookie sheet.
Brush generously with the sauce and place in oven for 5 minutes, then flip and brush on more sauce and broil for another 5 minutes. Flip, brush and cook for five minutes one more time on each side, or until crisp.
Remove from oven and toss the wings in the remaining sauce and serve with Blue Cheese Dressing and celery sticks.
