  • 1 stick Butter; melted
  • 1 lg onion
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cornflakes; crushed
  • 1 stick Butter; melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven @ 350°F.

Put hash browns in glass 9x13 pan.

Mix together 1 stick butter, onion, sour cream, soup, and cheese, and pour over hash browns. Pour the cornflakes over the mixture, and drizzle butter over cornflakes.

Bake 45 minutes
