Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion
- 8 oz. (225 g) mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 8 oz. (225 g) blue cheese
- 2 cups (500 ml) sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Melt the butter in a pot on medium heat and fry the onion until soft.
Add the ground beef and fry for a few minutes until all turns brown.
Slice or or dice the mushroom and add to the ground beef. Fry for a few minutes more.
Sprinkle with thyme, pepper and salt. Crumble the cheese, add and stir.
Add sour cream and let boil, but lower the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with zucchini fettuccine or cauliflower rice.
