Ingredients

• roast
• salt; to taste
• pepper; to taste
• garlic powder; to taste
• Italian seasoning; to taste
• flour; pressed to meat
• 1 onion; sliced
• 1 bag carrot; cut up
• 1 stalk celery; cut up
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 package mushroom; whole
• 1 package brown gravy mix
• 4 - 5 potatoes; peeled

Preparation

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients into a crock pot. Mix the brown gravy mix with the water, then pour into the crock pot. Cook on low all day.
