Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup celery; chopped
  • 1 small onion; chopped
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups American cheese; grated
  • 3 - 4 cups Ritz crackers; crushed
  • 3 - 4 cups broth
  • 1 pheasant; cooked, and de-boned

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pheasant; reserve liquid. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350' for 1 hour. (you can also use chicken)
