Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup celery; chopped
- 1 small onion; chopped
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups American cheese; grated
- 3 - 4 cups Ritz crackers; crushed
- 3 - 4 cups broth
- 1 pheasant; cooked, and de-boned

Preparation
Step 1
Boil pheasant; reserve liquid. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350' for 1 hour. (you can also use chicken)
