Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak; cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup onion rings
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 8 oz egg noodles (medium); cooked and drained
- 1 cup olives; cut in half
- 1 tomato; cut into wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Saute' meat and garlic in margarine. Add onion rings; cook until tender. Combine mayonnaise and flour, gradually add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Blend in seasonings. Remove 1 cup sauce; add remaining sauce and olives to noodles, mix well. Spoon noodle mixture onto serving platter; top with meat mixture. Serve with reserved sauce; garnish with tomato wedges.
