Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 200 + 300g Choc chips
• 125 g salted marg
• 4 eggs
• 200 g (3 T less than 1 c) sugar
• 2 t vanilla
• 2/3 c flour
• 1/2 c baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

On a very low flame, melt 300g choc chips and marg. Remove from fire and set aside.

Mix eggs with sugar until smooth and light. Add vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder and then the choc/marg mixture. Add rest of choc chips.

Refridgerate for 15 min.

Spoon mixture into circles on a cookie sheet topped with baking paper- 5cm apart from one another.

Bake 12-15 min or until brown at 180°.
