Coffee Cake (Walnut Topping)

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 c oil
• 3/4 c orange or apple juice
• 2 c flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 c walnuts
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 c flour
• 2 T melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla. Add oil and process. Add juice. Add remaining ingredients.

Mash topping together and put in the middle and top of cake.

Makes small square cake and double 4 large cakes.
