Ingredients
- Chocolate Icing:
- Cake
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar (1 box)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
2.In a large bowl, sift together the flour and sugar, set aside. In a saucepan combine butter, oil, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil and stir until smooth. Slowly blend into the flour mixture. Add, buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir all together. Pour into prepared pan.
3.Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Add Icing (recipe below) while cake is still warm.
4.Chocolate Icing: In medium saucepan, combine butter, cocoa, and milk. Mix together. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat.
5.Add powdered sugar and stir until combined. Add vanilla and stir.
6.Pour over warm cake.
