  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 pkg cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9"x13" pan with foil. Mix crumbs, flour, and brown sugar in bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 15 min.
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and flour. Mix well. Blend in lemon zest, lemon juice and baking powder. Pour over crust. Bake 25-28 min or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
