  • 100 g cocoa
  • 2 glasses sugar
  • 2 pkg margarine
  • 1 glass water
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bottle rum essence
  • 2 c self-rising flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cook first 4 ingredients and let cool for one hour.

Add to mixture 6 yolks and rum essence.

Put ¾ c of cream in fridge.

Beat egg whites with one glass sugar.

Add whites to mixture and then add the flour.

Bake for 40 min at 350° (4 english pans).

Cool and add cream.
