Ingredients
- 20 jumbo shells ( 1/2 of a 12 oz. box)
- 1 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 2 - 15 oz. cartons ricotta
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup grated mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 400 degrees. Set rack in the highest position in the oven.
Cook pasta. Cool under cold water.
Spread marainara on the bottom of a 9x13" dish.
Combine ricotta, spinach, parmesan, 1/4 tea,. salt and 1/4 tea. pepper.
Spoon into shells and place on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
Bake until heated through (10-12 minutes).
Increase heat to broil. Broil until cheese melts and browns (2-5 minutes)
