Crunchy Peanut (or Cashew) Cluster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (16 oz) vanilla flavored candy coating
• 2/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
• 4 cups cheerios
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 2 cups dry roasted peanuts or cashews
• Colored M&M's to decorate with (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt candy coating in saucepan or in microwave, stirring often.
When melted, add peanut butter, stir well.
Add remaining ingredients, except M&M's.
Mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls on foil or wax paper.
Sprinkle with M&M's if desired. Let stand until firm.
