Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- butter, enough to spread
- 16 oz. smoked salmon
- 3 soft, large tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix spread ingredients together.
2. Spread mixture on tortillas.
3. Top with smoked salmon.
4. Butter tortilla and place butter side down.
5. Spread remaining spread on tortilla and top with remaining salmon.
6. Butter tortillas and place butter side down.
7. Refrigerate for 4 to 48 hours.
8. Trim edges to make square. Cutting back and forth, cut into bite sized pieces.
