Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box 10 X powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt margarine in pan.
2. Add cocoa and milk. Mix well being careful not to burn.
3. Turn heat off. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour over cake.
